  1. Rename the file maven-plugin-tools-beanshell-3.9.0-javadoc.jar to maven-plugin-tools-beanshell-3.9.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder maven-plugin-tools-beanshell-3.9.0-javadoc
