  1. Rename the file cargo-licensed-dtds-1.10.9-javadoc.jar to cargo-licensed-dtds-1.10.9-javadoc.zip

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "cargo-licensed-dtds-1.10.9-sources.jar" -d "cargo-licensed-dtds-1.10.9-javadoc" -subpackages
