Cargo test data for samples - Empty JAR · Cargo test data for samples - Empty JAR. We need this empty jar because an EAR's application.xml requires at least one <module> element so we've chosen to define an empty jar.

  1. Rename the file empty-jar-1.10.9-javadoc.jar to empty-jar-1.10.9-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder empty-jar-1.10.9-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "empty-jar-1.10.9-sources.jar" -d "empty-jar-1.10.9-javadoc" -subpackages
