How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file commands-3.2.0-I20060605-1400-javadoc.jar to commands-3.2.0-I20060605-1400-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder commands-3.2.0-I20060605-1400-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "commands-3.2.0-I20060605-1400-sources.jar" -d "commands-3.2.0-I20060605-1400-javadoc" -subpackages
