How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file common-3.6.200-v20130402-1505-javadoc.jar to common-3.6.200-v20130402-1505-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder common-3.6.200-v20130402-1505-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
