How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file org.eclipse.ui.editors-3.10.0.v20160505-0931-javadoc.jar to org.eclipse.ui.editors-3.10.0.v20160505-0931-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder org.eclipse.ui.editors-3.10.0.v20160505-0931-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
