How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file target-platform-validation-plugin-4.0.2-javadoc.jar to target-platform-validation-plugin-4.0.2-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder target-platform-validation-plugin-4.0.2-javadoc

Running the command javadoc:
