UI Workbench · This plug-in contains the bulk of the Workbench implementation, and depends on JFace, SWT, and Core Runtime. It cannot be used independently from org.eclipse.ui. Workbench client plug-ins should not depend directly on this plug-in.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file workbench-3.3.2.M20080207-0800-javadoc.jar to workbench-3.3.2.M20080207-0800-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder workbench-3.3.2.M20080207-0800-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "workbench-3.3.2.M20080207-0800-sources.jar" -d "workbench-3.3.2.M20080207-0800-javadoc" -subpackages
