How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704-javadoc.jar to commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704-sources.jar" -d "commons-jelly-tags-xml-1.1-hudson-20120704-javadoc" -subpackages
