How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file kotlin-history-js-5.3.0-pre.506-compat-javadoc.jar to kotlin-history-js-5.3.0-pre.506-compat-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder kotlin-history-js-5.3.0-pre.506-compat-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
