  1. Rename the file org.jetbrains.kotlinx.binary-compatibility-validator.gradle.plugin-0.13.2-javadoc.jar to org.jetbrains.kotlinx.binary-compatibility-validator.gradle.plugin-0.13.2-javadoc.zip
