How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file compiler-plugin-all-0.13.1-dev-2908-javadoc.jar to compiler-plugin-all-0.13.1-dev-2908-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder compiler-plugin-all-0.13.1-dev-2908-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "compiler-plugin-all-0.13.1-dev-2908-sources.jar" -d "compiler-plugin-all-0.13.1-dev-2908-javadoc" -subpackages
