  1. Rename the file jmolecules-1.9.0-javadoc.jar to jmolecules-1.9.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder jmolecules-1.9.0-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
