How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file play-services-auth-api-phone-0.2.29.233013-javadoc.jar to play-services-auth-api-phone-0.2.29.233013-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder play-services-auth-api-phone-0.2.29.233013-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "play-services-auth-api-phone-0.2.29.233013-sources.jar" -d "play-services-auth-api-phone-0.2.29.233013-javadoc" -subpackages
