How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file ipf-oht-mdht-uml-cda-hitsp-1.2.0.201212201425-javadoc.jar to ipf-oht-mdht-uml-cda-hitsp-1.2.0.201212201425-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder ipf-oht-mdht-uml-cda-hitsp-1.2.0.201212201425-javadoc
