How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scala-xml_2.13.0-M3-f73b161-1.1.0-newCollectionsBootstrap-javadoc.jar to scala-xml_2.13.0-M3-f73b161-1.1.0-newCollectionsBootstrap-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scala-xml_2.13.0-M3-f73b161-1.1.0-newCollectionsBootstrap-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "scala-xml_2.13.0-M3-f73b161-1.1.0-newCollectionsBootstrap-sources.jar" -d "scala-xml_2.13.0-M3-f73b161-1.1.0-newCollectionsBootstrap-javadoc" -subpackages
