How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scala3doc_3.0.0-RC1-3.0.0-RC1-bin-20210202-8d43a9c-NIGHTLY-javadoc.jar to scala3doc_3.0.0-RC1-3.0.0-RC1-bin-20210202-8d43a9c-NIGHTLY-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scala3doc_3.0.0-RC1-3.0.0-RC1-bin-20210202-8d43a9c-NIGHTLY-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
