How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file scalac-scoverage-runtime_sjs0.6_2.13.0-M2-1.4.0-M2-javadoc.jar to scalac-scoverage-runtime_sjs0.6_2.13.0-M2-1.4.0-M2-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder scalac-scoverage-runtime_sjs0.6_2.13.0-M2-1.4.0-M2-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
