How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file org.sonatype.tycho.m2e.feature-0.4.3.20101103-1630-javadoc.jar to org.sonatype.tycho.m2e.feature-0.4.3.20101103-1630-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder org.sonatype.tycho.m2e.feature-0.4.3.20101103-1630-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "org.sonatype.tycho.m2e.feature-0.4.3.20101103-1630-sources.jar" -d "org.sonatype.tycho.m2e.feature-0.4.3.20101103-1630-javadoc" -subpackages
