How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file simulacrum-scalafix-annotations_3.0.0-RC3-0.5.4-javadoc.jar to simulacrum-scalafix-annotations_3.0.0-RC3-0.5.4-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder simulacrum-scalafix-annotations_3.0.0-RC3-0.5.4-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
