How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file wicketstuff-client-and-server-validation-1.5.13-javadoc.jar to wicketstuff-client-and-server-validation-1.5.13-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder wicketstuff-client-and-server-validation-1.5.13-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "wicketstuff-client-and-server-validation-1.5.13-sources.jar" -d "wicketstuff-client-and-server-validation-1.5.13-javadoc" -subpackages
