Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "org.wso2.carbon.event.receiver.template.deployer.server.feature-5.3.5-sources.jar" -d "org.wso2.carbon.event.receiver.template.deployer.server.feature-5.3.5-javadoc" -subpackages
