· Introduces handler configuration management and simulation capabilities. This feature can
be installed to add and validate handlers for various registry operations for a given type
of resource or collection.
Rename the file org.wso2.carbon.registry.handler.configuration.feature-4.8.15-javadoc.jar to org.wso2.carbon.registry.handler.configuration.feature-4.8.15-javadoc.zip
Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder org.wso2.carbon.registry.handler.configuration.feature-4.8.15-javadoc
Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.
