How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "pax-logging-api-test-2.1.0-wso2v5-sources.jar" -d "pax-logging-api-test-2.1.0-wso2v5-javadoc" -subpackages
