  1. Rename the file hystrix-dropwizard-bundle-1.0.2-javadoc.jar to hystrix-dropwizard-bundle-1.0.2-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder hystrix-dropwizard-bundle-1.0.2-javadoc

Running the command javadoc:
