How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file poi-scratchpad-2.5.1-final-20040804-javadoc.jar to poi-scratchpad-2.5.1-final-20040804-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder poi-scratchpad-2.5.1-final-20040804-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "poi-scratchpad-2.5.1-final-20040804-sources.jar" -d "poi-scratchpad-2.5.1-final-20040804-javadoc" -subpackages
