retepXMPP - Schemas · This part of the project contains the core api, xml schemas for each supported xmpp protocol and the jaxb generated code. Because this section rarely changes (i.e. when a new protocol is added or when an existing protocol is updated by the XMPP Standards Foundation its usually not required to actually build from this directory but allow maven to retrieve the pre-built artifacts instead. Doing this will save you a lot of time as there are over 100 modules within this part of the project.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file schemaParent-10.6-javadoc.jar to schemaParent-10.6-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder schemaParent-10.6-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "schemaParent-10.6-sources.jar" -d "schemaParent-10.6-javadoc" -subpackages
