osm-proxy
· OSMProxy is a simple caching OpenStreetMap proxy. Instead of directly requesting tiles from the OpenStreetMap servers you can configure this application
to serve as proxy instead. If a tile is not cached, it will be downloaded from OpenStreetMap instead, cached and served to your application.
Download JD-GUI to open JAR file and explore Java source code file (.class .java)
Click menu "File → Open File..." or just drag-and-drop the JAR file in the JD-GUI window osm-proxy-1.0.5.jar file.
Once you open a JAR file, all the java classes in the JAR file will be displayed.
