osm-proxy · OSMProxy is a simple caching OpenStreetMap proxy. Instead of directly requesting tiles from the OpenStreetMap servers you can configure this application to serve as proxy instead. If a tile is not cached, it will be downloaded from OpenStreetMap instead, cached and served to your application.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file osm-proxy-1.0.5-javadoc.jar to osm-proxy-1.0.5-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder osm-proxy-1.0.5-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "osm-proxy-1.0.5-sources.jar" -d "osm-proxy-1.0.5-javadoc" -subpackages
