A avro-maven-plugin extension (avro 1.7.6). Features better support dependency handling and Java annotations in generated java code, also supports cross-compiling Avro schema to Thrift. Caveat: will not support complex union types.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file anoa-plugin-2.1.0-javadoc.jar to anoa-plugin-2.1.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder anoa-plugin-2.1.0-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "anoa-plugin-2.1.0-sources.jar" -d "anoa-plugin-2.1.0-javadoc" -subpackages
