Vaadin portlet2 archetype · This archetype creates a simple porlet with required Vaadin dependencies. In addition to standard JSR 286 configurations the archetype also adds liferay specific configuration files, but they shoudn't affect other portals.

How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser

  1. Rename the file vaadin-archetype-portlet-1.0.0-javadoc.jar to vaadin-archetype-portlet-1.0.0-javadoc.zip
  2. Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder vaadin-archetype-portlet-1.0.0-javadoc
  3. Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

How to generate Javadoc from a source JAR?

Running the command javadoc:

javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "vaadin-archetype-portlet-1.0.0-sources.jar" -d "vaadin-archetype-portlet-1.0.0-javadoc" -subpackages
