How to open Javadoc JAR file in web browser
- Rename the file google-closure-library-0.0-20230227-c7c0a541-javadoc.jar to google-closure-library-0.0-20230227-c7c0a541-javadoc.zip
- Use your favourite unzip tool (WinRAR / WinZIP) to extract it, now you have a folder google-closure-library-0.0-20230227-c7c0a541-javadoc
- Double click index.html will open the index page on your default web browser.

Running the command javadoc:
javadoc --ignore-source-errors -encoding UTF-8 -sourcepath "google-closure-library-0.0-20230227-c7c0a541-sources.jar" -d "google-closure-library-0.0-20230227-c7c0a541-javadoc" -subpackages
