How to generate a maven project from archetype

Instead of manually creating the directory structure needed for an archetype, simply use:

mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.biopax.paxtools -DarchetypeArtifactId=paxtools-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=5.2.1
